In South Africa, no braai is complete without a side of garlic bread, often prepared alongside the meat.
Slice the bread diagonally without cutting all the way through.
Mix butter, garlic, and parsley.
Spread the mixture into the slits.
Wrap in foil and place on the braai grid for 10-15 minutes.
Remove foil for the last 2 minutes to crisp the crust.
